At Tennessee Scale Works, Inc. we have several different methods by which to ship a product to our customers. We are constantly monitoring shipping rates to find out the most cost-effective way to get a product to you safely and on time. Due to the nature of our products, however, there may be some special cases to consider.

How do we determine shipping rates? Our prices for shipping are determined by a number of criteria. Our standard means of shipping is via UPS. During the checkout process we send information to a UPS server and get the most current rates directly from them. The only information about you that we send is your zip code. We work hard to maintain your confidentiality and do so throughout our website. No information is shared via this method that would comprimise secure shopping. Once the rates, and available methods are returned from UPS, we then present them to you to select your desired method of shipping. However, items can not always be shipped by UPS and must use other carriers. If this is the case, then it will be made known at the time of sale.
Is my shipment insured? Everything we ship is insured. Rates are determined by the shipper and are reflected in the shipping price.
