Designed to integrate with truck scales and flow meters, the Access Entry Station can measure the amount of material being dropped off or picked up. The Access Entry Station quickly captures essential transaction information and sends it to the MatreX System - a centralized processing and database system providing real-time data for the operator. The Access Entry Station can also process credit cards and cash transactions. While powerful, the Access Entry Station is designed for maximum ease of use, with intuitive screens to speed up operations.

- Email customer and/or truck (hauling) company after each transaction.
- Email when Access Entry Station is low on paper.
- Our system ties multiple sites together. One truck can use all sites.
- MatreX provides a detailed report of the truck’s activities.
- Send specific messages to specific truck drivers or send a single message to all drivers.
- RFID readers.
- Magnetic strip readers so that low cost cards could be provided to truck drivers instead of RFID transponders.
- Real-time reports with special material grouping summary reports. For example, list and total all recycled paper received in the last month or last 6 months.
- Unlimited number of material types. Each truck has a list of specific material types they can drop off. Most systems only support 5 to 8. Our system allows unlimited number of material types.

- Remote monitoring - allows customer to monitor the Access Entry Station as a truck driver is using the Access Entry Station.
- Remote diagnostics – to identify and solve problems quickly.
